Workbench: Unifying 400 Reports Into One Platform
An insurance company relied on an aging Crystal Reports system and a fragmented mix of 400 Crystal and SSRS reports, with no unified way to manage, view, or print them. We built a custom web-based reporting platform that unified both technologies, generated plain PDFs for accessible viewing and printing, and integrated scheduling with their enterprise scheduler so reports could honor data-load dependencies and relative dates.
